Some days you feel energised by exciting projects and/or supportive colleagues. Other days, the pressure feels relentless and it easy to slip into survival mode. Many professionals describe their day as a mixture of opportunity (collaboration, creativity, achievement) and challenge (deadlines, workload, difficult relationships, or constant change).
This first module is about making sense of that mix. Together we’ll explore what stress really is, how it shows up in your daily life, and what resilience means - not as a buzzword, but as a practical skill you can grow. Think of this as laying the foundation before we move into strategies and tools.
